Process development, training and detailed technical support services are offered in our newly refurbished and fully equipped Technical Centre.

Process Development

We work closely with customers to develop new products and processes using the latest precision flat lapping technology. Customer samples are evaluated as part of this service, with comprehensive reports provided. These reports cover all key aspects of the process, including abrasive selection, lapping plates, workholding methods, inspection, cleaning procedures, and estimated consumable costs. Please note that while sample evaluations are included, a charge for tooling may apply depending on specific requirements.
